Emilie Rose is a fiddle player and teacher based in Northern California, rooted in the traditions of Old Time and Celtic music. She began playing fiddle at age nine and grew up immersed in folk music through Alasdair Fraser’s Sierra Fiddle Camp, developing a lifelong love for traditional music and dance.

A Berklee College of Music graduate, Emilie has toured nationally and internationally as half of the acclaimed duo Two Runner. Now based in Nevada City, CA, she focuses on teaching, community music-making, and producing joyful square dances—carrying folk traditions forward while nurturing the next generation of musicians.
